Ingredients
  

Mascarpone Cold Foam:

  • 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

Tiramisu Latte:

  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder plus more for dusting
  • ¼ teaspoon rum extract optional
  • 2 oz espresso or 8 oz brewed coffee
  • 1 lady finger optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Hot version: 

  • Microwave mascarpone for 5 seconds to soften.
  • Add heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup. Froth until soft peaks form.
  • In a small saucepan, heat milk, cocoa powder, vanilla syrup, and rum extract (optional). Whisk until smooth and steaming.
  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Pour espresso into mug, top with cocoa milk, then add mascarpone foam.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with a ladyfinger.

Iced version:

  • Make foam using cold ingredients.
  • Use cold brew or chilled espresso.
  • Shake cocoa milk ingredients cold (no heating).
  • Assemble over ice and top with cold foam and garnish.

Notes

  • Store leftover foam in the fridge up to 3 days. Froth again before using.
  • Use plant-based milk and vegan cream cheese for dairy-free version.
  • For a fun twist, add chocolate syrup or spiced cinnamon.
